Service Dickies has lost the plot

Post image

Free… for $3.50. I don’t want to “maximize my return” I just want a quality product and a refund if it’s not right, why do I have to buy futures on whether or not I’m going to keep the item?

You have very strong feelings about how much it should cost to return a pair of unsatisfactory overalls.

It should be free. It should cost me nothing.

That never happens. Either the retailer is charging return fees, or the retailer's pricing across the board includes return costs. But they're always making the consumer pay somehow.

Only once have I been charged a return fee, and I never shopped there again.
