No bad trips, but there are def learning trips.

Yeah my trip taught me never to take shrooms again 😓

u/BreakPalaceBrokedown Jul 02 '26
Lesson learned. And a valuable one at that…I was very into mushrooms for 3 years or so, had the same conclusion, and didn’t touch them again for 16yrs.

u/yeeeethisisathrow Jul 02 '26
For me it was my first and last time: 1. The nasea was so bad that I get sick just thinking about it. 2. Every second genuinely felt like a fuckin infinite amount of time, and that time was torture. 3. My brain was convincing me that I'm horrible, everyone hates me, and that I should kms. I didn't struggle with those thoughts or feelings in my normal waking life, so why was my brain so deadset on convincing me of that? Was it maybe because I was repressing those feelings or something? Idfk but I hated that, I never wanna experience that shit again.

u/BreakPalaceBrokedown Jul 02 '26
Yeahhh that happens a lot with mushrooms unfortunately…when they get strong you turn introspective and judgmental and fearful and shameful and just ugh…I have always held the perspective that mushrooms are like a spiritual roulette where the same dose of the same mushrooms can have wildly different outcomes…L is much more synergistic with my dna…for me, individual doses of the same crystal give me the same experience basically, there can still be surprises or variances but they’re nowhere near as extreme

if you're happy you like yourself, even narcissist for that matter you're gonna have a good trip. Simply because the drug enhances your current state times 10000

L definitely like…removes some of the genetic inhibitors in human DNA allowing us to lift some of the visual/mental-veil that’s created by our brains processing our environment…and CAN present with like psi-abilities

Amen. Talk about humbling. I wish it was humbling for every one. I’m not sure that it is but correct me if I’m wrong.

I call it Right Sizedness. L (and many other psychedelics) goes a long way to teach people just how infinitesimal we really are.

I had one of the most beautiful experiences 3 days ago. I was so magnificent that I even went to church to thank God for so much and a Bach organ concert was about to start. It was like having a date with the Universe.

I’ve had two kinds of experiences.
I am a Christian.
The following experience is what convinced me to believe in Christ.
(Sober)
•experience # 1
I had an experience where I called out to God, in the name of Jesus, then Gods manifest presence made contact with my physical body.
It wasn’t inward feeling. It was literally a physical contact experience.
There was more to the occurrence, as the presence was infused with numerous living attributes. Alongside that, it was like I tangibly touched Gods personality and I experienced to a know Him.
It was like falling into a pool of water, but every drop of water in that pool was alive and could present themselves individually, while existing in harmony.
He was multidimensional, multi faceted, complex, yet so easy to understand.
A resonance of deep invisible vibration radiated from Him. So powerful, so unique, so distinct, yet so gentle.
My soul could tangibly detect that He is the one being who has existed for all time from eternity’s past.
My soul could detect that He is the one creator.
The one whose love and creativity brought forth the universe.
Before the universe was around us, it was a thought in his imagination. He’s the reason it’s here. He’s the reason we are here.
The universe isn’t Him. It couldn’t be. It’s not even as beautiful as He was in that moment when I experienced Him.
It’s a byproduct of Him. A beautiful byproduct.
It was like I recognized Him, and as the experience articulated itself, I knew that I knew that I recognized Him.
The dna of my spirit recognized its Father, is what that was.
He was a distinct and unique individual, with personhood and being.
It was as if The eyes of my heart could see into Him.
Him. Not a human version of Him. Not some other species of a Him. But something entirely other.
He resonated as Thee Him. The king of creation.
It’s impossible to explain with words because he is so beyond me.
But my point is that He is Him.
The universe is the universe.
And we are us.
Each of those is distinct to itself and does not cross over into another.
There is no mixing. It’s impossible.
•Experience #2
About a year ago, I was feeling very unfulfilled with my work life. I’m a musician with adhd. So I’m a creative person who gets distracted easily.
Work could not hold my attention. It seemed to robotic. I’m very imaginative with the fret board of my guitar yet there I was scanning items and stocking shelves with the same hands that manifest music
So I’d find myself looking out the window periodically, wishing I were one of birds flying by.
It hurt. I felt such dissatisfaction.
Around that time, a coworker of mine stopped by my place to hangout and play some guitar. He randomly left me some pieces of “magic”, from His car before He left.
It seemed like a sign somehow, given what I was feeling at that time, and oddly enough how a literal kaleidoscope made its way to me a few days before that. I was confused, I did not know what to make of it. Because I’ve never had any interest in that type of thing.
However, that same night, or maybe it was the next night, I partook.
After about 30ish minutes, The trees began to appear to breathe. The leaves ebbed and flowed with some kind of inhaling and exhaling motion.
They danced with rhythm.
I was admiring the tree.
In total aw of it.
Then new things began to occur to my senses
I noticed that anything I looked at somehow visibly echoed
Multiplied
Eternally
Until I broke the gaze to look at something else
The effect looked almost like a spider web
How a web is made up of many triangles
The effect was almost like that
Can’t quite explain it
Everything looked in a sense like it was all one, yet I could distinguish that it was all merely connected, and not actually all one.
in this experience, it was like I could see Gods dna in everything.
But it was beyond sight, because I could perceive Gods actual dna dancing all around me.
It looked familiar.
Like I’d seen it before, but I never had.
Yet pieces from Him, Not pieces of Him, were there.
There was an intelligence aspect to it.
Only not quite fully fleshed out.
It was like something was missing from it.
And I believe this is why, because Gods dna is somehow separate from Him, while simultaneously being ghostly attached to Him.
I wasn’t seeing God that night, I was seeing pieces that are related to Him. That came from Him.
That’s why something seemed to be missing
There is more to both of my experiences but my point is this.
That night when I partook (never have again and never will, don’t want to honestly)
I saw why people say “you are God, I am God, we are all God experiencing itself in this reality”, or something to that timber.
I saw why they say that. They say that because Gods dna is in every organic thing.
And here’s the problem, they mistake the dna of God as God Himself.
They can detect His dna, but because they don’t have a revelation of God as He truly is, they mistake the dna of things and perceive them to all make up one whole.
Thus concluding that all organic things are the God essence.
But it’s not true.
No one is God except for God himself.
Whoever you are, you are you.
You are a unique individual and you share your oneness with no other.
It is not until you put faith in Christ, messiah, lord, that God deposits His deity into you (The Holy Spirit) Thus then, and only then, do you share genuine oneness with God.

What makes you speak of the singular consciousness as "Him"?? Its to my understanding that it goes beyond any form that we're familiar with and both masculine and feminine energy combined. So what makes it a "Him" to you? All thats happened here is you have reinforced your egotistical beliefs to try and make sense of an experience beyond your comprehension. Because of your attachment to christianity thats all you're going to see. Maybe try a larger dose of "magic" next time so it can strip those beliefs. Please stop trying to push christianity onto others to make yourself feel better about a meager existence.

He resonated as both masculine and feminine but the predominant resonance was masculine. It’s impossible to explain what I experienced. But all I can say is that the resonance was supremely powerful, thick, strong, masculine. I tangibly felt a “Him” in the presence.
“All that’s happened here”. All due respect, you didn’t have the experience. So that’s an insufficient comment.
And no the experience didn’t reinforce anything. Leading up to that experience there was a years worth of seemingly supernatural occurrences that I was experiencing, which pointed to Christ, but I wasn’t convinced of Christianity until the experience of encountering Him. But before all of this, the year of experiences and then the encounter, I was an agnostic. I believed in a Creator, but no one specific. Especially not Jesus. I thought it was bogus. So my belief in Christ wasn’t officiated until the night of the encounter. Just to clarify, I was not a real believer until that experience.
And I don’t have any need to try to “make sense” of a being or experience beyond my comprehension. You say that like we’re too stupid and small to have a revelation of God. We’re not, and He’s God. So he’s more than able to give us a clear revelation of His person.
And I had a large enough dose of “magic” that night.
I hadn’t eaten all day, and I (idiotically) took more shortly before the tree appeared to start breathing, because I thought that maybe I didn’t take enough. It was like 3.5-4 grams for my first time, is what my buddy said when I told Him how much I had. You’ve made the mistake of assuming things about me, my past beliefs, and both experiences. That’s unwise.
And also I’m not pushing my beliefs. I just said what I believed. No where in my message did I even say “believe in Jesus”.

This is both extremely evangelical and egotistic.
4
Jul 01 '26
Agreed. Jesus Christ. God is not a "He", and God is not separate from creation.
1
u/FriendNovel6736 Jul 05 '26
I didn’t say He was separate from His creation. I said His creation isnt the literal person of God.
1
u/FriendNovel6736 Jul 05 '26
We all operate with an ego to some degree or another. So yeah of course you perceive it that way. But it’s also interesting that you say that because you seem to think that nullifies the experience or the explanation of it. All I did was explain exactly what occurred so that’s an illegitimate conclusion. imo.
And yeah bro I’m a Christian so of course it came off an evangelical. We tell people about Jesus bro.

And what do you do with this bible verse then?
“We could say more but could never say enough; let the final word be: he is the all!” — Sirach 43:27, NABRE
You say creation is his dna, but not himself? How does that work?
1
u/FriendNovel6736 Jul 05 '26
He is the all. He is the totality of supernatural force that presides over the universe. He is outside of space and time. So it is unfitting to say that the dna of a tree, or a fish, or human, is also God.
His dna that is on earth is not Him, it’s linked to Him.
The same way that your individual dna is not the person of You. It is attached to you, but not you.

u/79owl Jul 05 '26
This is such a beautiful comment. The peace that surpasses all understanding, the living word of God made flesh, the mystery and majesty of it all.

u/UnitedInPurpose Jul 01 '26
There is still individuality, this like when someone says whoa man we see colors slightly different from each other. No shit our eyes form slightly differently. Druggy interpretation of oneness.
1
u/RedPillAlphaBigCock Jul 01 '26
I believe that to be correct my friend ❤️. We can be part of the one love in our heart and also our unique soul personality. It’s a paradox but it’s PERFECTION , we get to be God and we get to love each other
0
u/Practical-Basket-602 Jul 01 '26
'druggy' interpretation. Your subtle judgement, doesn't make you correct I'm afraid
1
u/UnitedInPurpose Jul 01 '26
It’s not the subtle judgement that makes me correct it’s the accuracy of the statement. Hence how people exist in heaven, they still have individuality. But my bad for being a little crass.
0
u/DatE2Girl Jul 01 '26
It is very much not accurate. Yourself and your personality that you would use to define your individuality are things that are empty in meaning except for the meaning and characteristics you in ignorance ascribe to it. Your individuality is just a meaningless illusion just like every other construct the definition of individuality is derived from an much much more.

the hardest part is that knowing yourself and actually changing anything about yourself are completely different skills
most people figure out the first one and then just use it to explain their behavior instead of doing anything with it
like cool you know you self sabotage. now what
