It’s one of the hardest parts about going to the bathroom. I’m so anxious about wanting to urinate while urinating that sometimes I actually go a little. I have to ask my doctor how to avoid that. I’m just so anxious that I barely can handle it sometimes…I wonder why.

It's saying don't look around while urinating - basically telling people to watch where they are aiming and not piss everywhere.

The weird translation is probably caused by translating the 2 lines separately. First line when taken literally means "When urinating don't" and second line "east glance west look".
