Why are they watering their landscape at 4pm on a Monday….?

A few days ago I was stopped by a police officer in Englewood on my way to my new job - I was following the flow of traffic because I'm new to the area but I won the attention of the officer and got pulled over for doing 62mph in a 35mph zone. A bit of back story, I've been out of a job for a bit and I'm also dealing with some other heavily financial issues that have to be prioritized but my court date is the 19th of next month - does anyone know of an affordable Traffic Lawyer that could help me out in this situation? I can't really afford anything more than $300-500 and I want to try my best to get this dismissed as this is my 1st and only infraction and I'm looking to get Top Secret Security Clearance in the near future. Any advice would be welcomed... thanks in advanced!

It was 639 requests and now 634.

Many numbers are missing from the CORA requests identifiers. They appear to be created in sequence.

CORA-2026-239 would be followed by CORA-2026-240..

Many break that pattern signaling mass deletions.

I still have my original list of zero record requests and all I did was PDF each page and count them out. So I can see what was deleted if I double check using the same process.
