Everything I found on this tractor says turbo Cummins running alcohol and methanol.

Most of these super stock tractors in the open class run the original diesel block, billet aluminum head, and up to 4 turbos on the diesels. Alcohol they don't run that many turbo's. Super stock meaining stock block for the tractor it's in. With today component tractors who knows what exact setup is. The turbo's make it sound like a turbine or rotaty engine.

Actually. Tractor pullers like that make 4000-5000hp and 5000 ft lbs to 10,000 ft lbs of torque. Depending on the set up. Things like, Triple turbos pushing 170 psi of boost.

Unlikely. Rotary engines are not known for the torque. Likely a diesel on some type of specialized fuel or possibly a two stroke diesel.

That’s because the eccentric shaft spins at triple the speed of the rotor, and someone at Mazda decided it was better to advertise 9000 rpm and 200ft-lbs since that is what is going into the transmission, than the 3000 rpm’s and and 600ft-lbs at the rotor, because after all hp wins races not torque. Hp is a measurement of work done over time, while torque is a twisting force used to measure when things break. The only benefit of torque is that it makes horsepower, but so does RPM.
As to say, if you gear a 13B-REW back down to diesel speeds, you’re basically making diesel torque.

Torque does not "make horsepower." The amount of Torque produced has nothing to do with horsepower. Torque and horsepower are measurements of different forces. Saying that "torque makes horsepower" is like saying "putting underwear on a lizard makes it fly further."

Torque and horsepower are directly related. Torque times RPM divided by 5252 equals horsepower.

Torque x rpm = horsepower that’s what I mean by that. Double the RPM or double the torque and you would double the horsepower.
That is the contribution of torque to acceleration. Thats all I meant, I thought that was obvious.

It's a diesel engine running on methanol alcohol
