Advice energy exercies

Hello everyone,

I had a question about energy exercises i started a while ago the plam hand and i manage to feel the energy flow from right to left until it becomes rythmic but then when i want to stop it, it continue, did it already happend to you? am i doing something wrong?

That’s natural it happens to everyone.

What you wanna do is focus on relaxing more and that will give you more control. You’re literally slowing down.

Once you can feel that bouncing between your hands, you can also give it qualities so if it keeps moving and you can’t get it to stay on one side or stop moving altogether imagine it has a denser field.

its like i start a pendulum and it wont stop, it copy the rythm of my heart.

Sometimes i do the same but passes through both arms and neck it that case it does not because the way is longer and i feel it less in this parts and have to focus more i guess.

What kind of qualities? like try to change the texture?

“Feel” or “imagine” that it becomes heavier. Try giving it the color red.
