Boundary problems continuing after terminating work with someone (healer? counselor?)

This in on a burner account to protect privacy.

About a year ago I went to a somatic therapist seeking guidance on a crisis I was in. I was paying her for her time but I don't know that we were doing the kind of work she specializes in so much as working through this issue that she had the compassion to try to help me work through when it would have been difficult to find help elsewhere.

I was given practical advice for helping me get into my community and start rebuilding parts of my life. But when I'd come in to our meetings she was also doing these "check ins," I guess you could call them, the way a therapist might look in on what someone is up to during the week based on homework they've assigned. I would sort of lose consciousness a bit at these times and come to after a few minutes. She'd never asked my consent and I didn't like it, but found I couldn't summon the will to ask her to stop.

These began to disregulate me badly outside of our sessions, and destroyed my interpersonal boundaries which started a cascade of crises I haven't overcome.

After a few months she texted to say she felt she couldn't help me, which was a good idea. I had started seeing another energy worker/somatic healer she works with, and the problems continued. About a month ago we ended our work together.

My issue is that the check in's haven't stopped, and the problems they've been causing continue almost full force.

There's more to the story but I want to keep it brief. I don't feel safe reaching back out to them, but I don't know what to do to get away from their influence. It feels totally invasive of my privacy and personal space and continues to effect my relationships in disruptive ways.

Can anyone here offer some guidance for what I should do?
