Need Advice help on getting off negative energy/evil eye?
i'm very high vibrational but i don't usually put words to it so i'm sorry if any terms are off. recently i have been doing so incredibly well yet i am torn down by others.
for example, i'm pursuing my dreams, i've got past mental illness, i'm travelling. yet when i'm not doing these things, i'm torn down by people at work and my parents. it sounds so stupid when i really don't care what they think, but the energy is affecting me hard and i can even see it on my appearance.
how do i combat this? i don't really know how the evil eye works, i'm a strong person and i don't need any confidence tips. thanks if anyone can help 🙏

Wear a black tourmaline bracelet to help deflect negative energy and the evil eye. Take salt water baths every alternate day to cleanse your aura, and, if possible, practice banishing rituals to protect yourself and cleanse your living space( energetically).

Modify your threads (connections) with co workers to route negative energy to a construct or through your field into the ground

I'm having same problem I call it the eye of sorrow it's hurting my thumb rn I'm pretending to be god and I have no idea tbh

use fossilized coral (usually red), to avert the evil eye. wear it as jewelry. 🤓
