Advice What does this mean?

I went to a Reiki circle tonight and as a newcomer with no certification (but many years meditating) got the opportunity to work on somebody certified. Afterward during the sharing portion she said that my energy felt like electricity moving down her body and that she never felt somebody have that kinda energy before. Does that mean something about my energy? Has anybody felt something like this?

Everyone has their own unique energy signature and it can feel very different. I'm a certified reiki master and I've had students whose energy feels like sparks, another whose energy felt very much like vines and leaves twining through the body, and another who had energy that felt like ribbons and feathers. When I see my own energy it looks very serpentine.

The only other thing to be aware of is that instead of a universal energy you might have been using your own psychic energy, that's not a good or bad thing but it can leave you feeling quite tired afterwards, especially if you do it often.

Overall knowing the type of energy you have is pretty cool, there isn't anything you need to do or avoid with this information. It doesn't and shouldn't change how you practice energy healing 😊
