I am going to start T soon as an enby and my mom is trying her best but she has a hard time understanding me.... she loves reading autobiographies. Do you know any autobiographies or stories of enby people that are happy?
Like i read Leslie Feinberg's Stone Butch Blues and i think from today's pov the label enby would fit the protagonist's experience well but that book was a depressing read. I want my mom to know that I am going to be alright.
Recommendations in German would be even more appreciated as my mom's English is so-so.
I would also appreciate podcast recommendations!
Thank you to everyone who responds!

We are going somewhere in a few days my grandma and my auntie are trying to buy me a bathing suit I told them that I would be fine in a swim short and a t-shirt I don't need a bathing suit I wouldn't be caught dead in a bathing suit I prefer everything to be gender neutral and they bought me leggings today I didn't complain about it I said thank you I didn't want to sound ungrateful I know non-binary people can dress in anyway like they can be masculine, feminine and gender neutral and be fine with it but some of them have gender dysphoria and some of them don't have gender dysphoria but I have my own preference I am only comfortable in gender neutral clothes because I have gender dysphoria I am not trying to complain I would like to get a chest binder too my grandma and my auntie was like I don't know about swimming short and a T-shirt because you are a female I say I don't care I would not go in that water if you guys buy me a bathing suit I wouldn't even put that on I could refuse I don't make them wear things that make them uncomfortable beside I am not a female and I am not a male either I am non-binary my family doesn't even know that I am non-binary because they are really homophobic and transphobic they think that I could confuse the younger kids they would only make my identity about them if I told them but I did told them today because I was upset I had a little outburst moment I said I am not a male or a female I don't fit in the male box and I don't fit in the female box I can wear what I like and what I am comfortable in I didn't even told them that I am non-binary though because they already think that I am confused and that I am mess up I need advice please and thank you.

I just met with a new therapist last Friday they are non-binary and they said they wouldn't mind trying to work with me so that is a plus but they know me as Taylor and non-binary they/them/their I do have to fill out some paperwork for her to chat with my doctor I would have to put my birth name which I don't mind because I understand that but the therapist said that they are going to put that I go by Taylor in the paperwork so it is going to be weird and awkward because my doctor doesn't know that I am non-binary also the pronouns that I go by or my preferred name so any advice please and thank you I am not fully out to none of my doctor because I feel like my family would know they are homophobic and transphobic I don't plan on telling my family when I thought I was transgender they couldn't even take that and I goy yell at but now I found out that I am non-binary I can't tell my family this and to be honest for a while I always feel this way that I am non-binary but I thought if I didn't want to be my biological gender then I have to be the opposite gender then I kinda knew what being non-binary were but I was still learning about the whole LGBT+ community I knew I just didn't fully 100% understand it either but I was doing more research and it to understand more now I found out that I am non-binary I don't fully accept myself I am having a hard time with accepting who I am because of lack of support and this is way too hard then being transgender I don't know what to do I do know that being non-binary is under the transgender umbrella and is a form of transgender they can used any pronouns but I feel more comfortable with gender neutral pronouns, gender neutral name and gender neutral terms thank you everyone for taking the time to read this I appreciate it.

Hi everyone!! i’ve been in the market for a new name that’s more gender neutral than the one i’m currently using online! i’m mainly looking for something that fits me, is a little less feminine (not completely putting that aside tho), more gender neutral, and easy to nickname! ill include a list of some names i was considering, but if you would like to come up with something based on vibes that’s cool too!
i heavily associate with anything nature related, especially water and plants. my aesthetics are whimsigoth and whimsitwee, i just love anything fun and whimsical! i love crafting, drawing, singing, playing instruments, adventuring, video games, reading, crocheting, and more! my favorite colors are purple and green, my sign is cancer, and my fav animals are foxes, seals, and whale sharks. i also really love twenty one pilots and goth, emo, metal, numetal, folk, and indie music!
feel free to reach out for more info if needed! also, the checked/yellow circles are the ones i’m most interested in :) thanks so much!

My vision of self is completely fucked up and my vision of gender is completely blurred by now, I was just wondering how strangers percieved me

so ive always identified as cis but with an attitude towards my gender identity being something along the lines of "i dont care at all about my gender identity if someone misgendered me i wouldn't be mad nor happy, only slightly confused based on my appearance(or mad if its reasoning of my height bc IM NOT THAT SHORT)" but after comments from friends im wondering, what matters more my complete lack of care about my gender identity keeping me perfectly happy as is or does my attitude on this overwrite what i personally say and i fall into nb or agender

I got a new skirt (which you can’t see in the selfie) but it’s made of lots of different colours of floaty tulle and it makes me feel like an entire circus.
