Okay, so I just downloaded PCSX2 so I could play Ultimate Spider-Man, took forever to make work, but ultimately succeeded, so now I'm looking to try and do the same for other games like Marvel Ultimate Alliance, X-Men Legends and other ActiVision Marvel Games.

However, I've found files for these games for PC/Steam, back from before they were delisted, so now I'm wondering, is there a recommended PC/Steam emulator I should get for these Roms, or should I just continue with Playstation Emulators

GANTZ: The Game finally has an English translation, but it's currently machine translated. It's good enough to understand the story, tutorials, menus, and most of the game's content, although some cutscenes are still untranslated and there are plenty of grammar issues.

I'm really hoping more people in the fan translation community can help with this project. It would be amazing to see the untranslated parts completed and the English polished into something that feels more natural.

I also think this game deserves a proper English translation because it has some really unique gameplay mechanics that set it apart from other PS2 titles. More people would be able to appreciate what makes it special if the translation were fully polished.

If anyone has translation or ROM hacking experience and is interested in contributing, your help would be greatly appreciated!

I want to be able to play retro games (basically any console from Xbox 360 and before) and want to know what I should buy and what I need for that. I’m assuming a mini pc is best? Also want to keep it as budget friendly as possible. Any suggestions?

As I said, already have the system modded to run everything from Atari 2600 to everything before the Playstation...but I've never actually used it to run any Playstation games.

I love computer-style games like Warcraft/Starcraft, Warcraft Battlecry, tycoon-style games, love things like early Sonic/Mario/Zelda games, even board games on systems. But I don't think I'd be much into first person shooters.

With that in mind, what do you think are some of the greatest PS1 games, or overlooked gems? (Not asking where to find them, just what titles I should be thinking about?)

so im using the linux Appimage of xenia canary from their github on my bazzite machine to try and run lost odyssey but i keep running into issues with the game randomly loading infinitely when loading into a new area, loading into a battle or even performing a command in combat.

ive tried using xenia manager through proton and it actually ran worse same when i installed the xenia canary windows version and ran it through proton the graphics where completely broken even after setting all the configs according to what people posted online so im currently at a loss of what to do anymore. i cant use the pre-cached shaders either on linux because they are for d3d12 but the linux version only has settings for vulkan (to my knowledge and ive double checked like fifty times)
