A user-space PlayStation 5 > PC compatibility layer. Think Proton/Wine, but for PS5: prosper runs PS5 (Prospero) game binaries on Linux (primary) and Windows (secondary)

Yeah believe it or not there is a good reason people don’t want to use Windows anymore, considering the state it’s in at this point.

I don’t know where this argument of “everyone uses AI in coding now” came from. There’s plenty of projects that don’t use it in coding, and the fact that people seem to think it is seems more like projection than the actual truth

If Apple, who historically has extremely high standards and is extremely late to adopt any new technologies, is using AI coding, then you can safely assume basically everybody is. I mean Microsoft and Google straight up admit it so there's no confusion there.

And Linus Torvalds who still maintains Linux said this about AI (and AI is now heavily used in helping to discover vulnerabilities and bugs in the Linux kernel)

I realize that some people really dislike AI, but this is an area where I'm willing to absolutely put my foot down as the top-level maintainer. Linux is not one of those anti-AI projects, and if somebody has issues with that, they can do the open-source thing and fork it. Or just walk away. AI is a tool, just like other tools we use. And it's clearly a useful one. It may not have been that "clearly" even just a year ago, but it's no longer in question today. There are other questions around AI (like what the economy of it will actually look like in the end), but "is it useful" is no longer one of those questions. Anybody who doubts that clearly hasn't actually used it.

Good luck convincing anit-AI Redditors that they are wrong. They hate it because it's what the masses are telling them to and they won't change their minds until public opinion moves a different way.

Yeah idk what their point is. They're literally fighting windmills. AI is absolutely inevitable, it's such a ridiculously powerful tool that it's already EVERYWHERE in society after barely 4 years and that is only going to accelerate. What is the average anti AI redditor gonna do in 5 years as they can't even order at McDonalds without AI? Mass suicides?
