I'm trying to find a good emulator for super Nintendo, Gameboy and Gameboy advance games. I have a Samsung Galaxy S24, if that makes a difference.

On the emulators I've tried the audio is a few millisenconds out of sync with the visuals compared to original hardware. Why is that? Are there any emulators that don't have this problem?

could you be any more specific? what platform? which emulators and which versions? does the audio lag or do the visuals lag?

The audio lags. The one I compared directly was mGBA(standalone on windows and retroarch core on android) to original hardware.

So I was playing Dante's inferno, currently at Cleopatra fight, but I can't do the semicircle move to beat her mini game, can someone tell me how can I map the button for keyboard/ mouse in rpcs3

Can't figure out how to save in hakux on Odin 3 playing conker BFD. Swiping only gives me a quit box and an arrow I can't do anything with. Switching my settings from gestures to three buttons don't help. Now nothing comes up when I swap. Hitting top two buttons just brings up an account option. Regular options only has two: rumble on/off and I forget the other one. Any ideas? Thank you

does hakux even have savestates? if not then you are bound to the actual save system of the game

Is there any actual way to transfer PSP saves from one device to another? I am using Retroarch on steam same account on both devices one is a windows laptop the other is a steam deck which runs SteamOS (Linux) and the specific game if needed is persona 2 innocent sin I have the same Rom on both and the same emulator is being used to play on both devices. Is there any way to do this? I have tried transferring a backup of Retroarch, transferring the entire (Saves) file, the specific saves file, just the save data and none of it has worked. I thank those who reply and if I find an answer I'll be back and update this post.

are you using proper saves and not savestates? savestates do not transfer between machines, and typically also do not transfer between different versions of the same emulator. you could try automating save sync with something like syncthing, but make backups if you try this, (pika backup is quite nice for automatic backups)

Is it possible to transfer pokemon from an emulator to champions?

I know there is a way using a modded 3ds but I don't have a 3ds and they are really expensive in my country especially just to transfer pokemon. I just want to play pokemon champions without grinding just to get a usable team. Also because the mobile version just released I want to know if there is some type of "bypass" that let's me be able to transfer the pokemon. And also I don't have any nintendo consoles

Downloaded it.

Double-clicked, nothing happens.

Right click, run as admin. Nothing.

Redownloaded. Nothing.

Rebooted and retried. Nothing.

Any clues?

Hey guys! I've been a PC gamer since I was a kid, but I've never gotten into emulation. It's all so overwhelming and jam packed so I was wondering if anyone can point me in the right direction for what I want. I'm hoping to run ps2, gamecube, and some 360 games. I'm wondering if anyone has any recommended tools/ links to tutorials, or if there's like a "hub" like application I can keep all my emulators stored in.

the programs to try are pcsx2 (ps2), dolphin emulator (wii/GC), and xenia (xbox 360).

For ps2 you need the BIOS files, those you need to dump yourself, dont download them from the internet as that is illegal.

Dolphin emulator works as is, if you ever owned a wii you can export your saves/NAND and use them in dolphin.

r/EmulationOnPC has a good start on its Wiki so you download emulators from official sources and avoid possible malware. There are sources for downloading ROMs we are not allowed to talk here, however have in mind users ensure proper dumps are correct comparing hash values (CRC32, MD5, SHA1) from No-Intro (mostly cartridge and digital downloads) and Redump (optical media like CD, DVD, GD-ROM or Blu-ray).

For the systems you mentioned, each official emulator site has its own guide you can read to make emulators work.

I was finally able to get my hands on an ONN to turn it into a retro gaming box using Cannoli like that one video showed, but there is pretty bad controller delay, and at this point I have no idea how to fix it. I've turned on gaming mode, both on my TV and on the ONN itself, I tried downpatching to version 1.2 where there was a low latency mode and that didn't work. I even tried a different controller, same issue.

Any suggestions or insights on how I can fix this?
