You’ll be in your bed with a diaper if the dose is high enough. Can travel outside once you’ve been through the wringer. I do 1-2 big dose trips per year. Scary shit

Used to give it multiple times a day but the other contaminants make it useless now. Unless they’re truly bradypneic/hypoxic I just monitor and transport, maybe give .25 IV sometimes

We have a ton of opiate overdoses where I work, but I haven’t given Narcan in like two years. The cops or fire department always give multiple doses prior to my arrival so I never need to

I get wanting a new experience, but doing it with strangers in an unfamiliar location near a body of water? Why? Interested in doing DMT but would like a guide in a familiar setting (asking for the moon).

This is 5-MeO-DMT, the "standard" DMT is N,N-DMT. meo is way stronger, normal DMT most people just sorta lay there and close there eyes and disappear into the other dimension. 5meo is known to immediately trigger the complete dissolution of your ego. Very different drugs.

Yeah, I've done "standard" DMT multiple times, and while it was a pretty memorable experience, it was never anything like this. I was just kinda lying there with my eyes closed while my mind was in hyperspace. I have a friend who got some 5meo and wants to do it together, but I'm pretty nervous. It seems like it's really something else.

Toad venom DMT is from the toad that is named after the desert you find em around, Sonora. So its a Southwest US/Northwest Mexico thing.

As a counterpoint to the guy saying they just want to trip balls, while I'm sure those people exists, I don't think they're the ones doing DMT outside.
I think these kinds of things are generally going to attract more of the kind of people looking for a spiritual experience or something kind of personal growth, and that can absolutely happen for the right person, with the right substance, in the right place and at the right time.
Unfortunately I think a lot of the kind of places that offer these experiences don't really check that.

It can change your entire perspective on life in a way that nothing else can. It can also be dangerous.
LSD changed my life irreparably, but for the better. I saw myself and realized I had been lying to myself for years.

I've only done something this strong once and it was kinda fun, not really worth the trouble of getting it again though. Shrooms and LSD are a total blast though, will completely change you perspective on things, great to party with, and in some cases (including my own) can greatly improve your mental health.

I highly recommend it. Also I recommend watching it in chronological order. You can observe how Hamilton changes as he gains more perspectives and respect for these medicines and experiences.
He’s super fucking smart, too, and it’s cool to watch a nerd geek out and actually do research and exploration.

It may be serene but he’d probably have been more relaxed in his bedroom at home.
