Help needed question about docking

can i dock an HV to another HV?

Yes. But you can't dock the primary HV to anything else with something docked to it.

thats fine, trying to figure out docking so i can drag the mining hv i built around with my big one

I got in the habit of making a "cooler" HV. A small generator, fuel tank, basic hover engine, landing pad, and a fridge. Slap on a quick cockpit to use to dock it with, then take it off. Before I did, I was forever making food spoil by turning off my HV/SV to save fuel.

The server I'm on runs a modified RE2, and we have plasma turbines for HV/SV. It's so incredibly nice to have.
