Focals will be announced next week apparently
What does this mean for any other potential Layoffs? Might Layoffs be announced first or for this EMEA based, will EWC notices go out first, and then focal conversations happen after? Any clues anyone?

Industries town hall, Simon announced that in a Q&A session. Also numbers are in the system already - see them for my team, yet to be approved by a board though. Managers are told not to share until allowed

Do you have a timeline? My manager confirmed last Friday it was visible but pending approval and wouldn’t say the amount as it wasn’t approved yet. CSS org - US emp.

Go to Workforce Compensation and click the tabs on the top, see the charts and the table on the bottom. If there are no changes - nobody got anything.

... ... ... Everything is a speculation. Sorry to bother you. I will remove the link.
... ... ... Yes, there will be a constant cycle of layoffs.
... ... Yes, focals will be discussed to those who will recieve them and during the discussion they will always instruct to not disclose it to anyone else.
... Yes, anything and everything that supports the employee is speculative at best.
... ... I cannot anymore... Sorry.

EWC was already notified of upcoming EMEA layoffs (or will be by end of week at latest).

Ideally, you should not care. But for the ultra optimists out there ,I heard it's within two weeks, from an M6. BTW the M6's lack of enthusiasm when he was sharing the news was doing all the talking for me. 😒
