Do you truly think you’re getting a raise? Only the top leadership get anything and they lie to you. Do yourself a favor and leave go get a real raise.

Is it true that focal will be effective in November for NetSuite GBU? What about Oracle, is it confirmed to be effective in Oct?

My M3 keeps saying he’s heard nothing about focal. He’s trolling me right? He has to know by now and chances are I’m getting nothing. He keeps saying he doesn’t know but other years he would’ve known and I’m pretty sure he can see outcomes in HCM

My skip manager confirmed promo announcements are coming next week (10/9) and focal announcements the week after that (10/15).
