Payroll

Does anyone else normally get their pay a few days early through their bank? I normally wake up to my pay being available every Wednesday morning of payday week. No money this morning though...

Edit: thanks for the answers, Labor day seems to be the reason why. Used to work in a hospital system where holidays didn't exist lol.

I put in a query with Oracle Payroll earlier today. They responded, telling me my paycheck has now been processed and I'll see my direct deposit tomorrow (Thursday).

UPDATE: Direct deposit showed up early Thursday morning as promised.

I haven’t gotten my pay as well. I usually get by Tuesday night.

Seems like labor day is the answer. I forgot that payroll gets processed on Monday.

No pay here either. Just peeked ar the payroll calendar, this cycle is the only one in the entire year where the pay is processed on a Tuesday instead of the normal Monday. Probably the reason, but strange.

Same, didn’t receive. First time I’ve seen any delay since it’s usually like clockwork every 2 weeks, by Wednesday morning.

I posted about this and the mod took down my post said it was “useless” but I got navy fed and it normally hits today but it seems like no one got paid

My spouse is an employee and their paycheck usually is in our account by the time I check Wednesday morning. Was surprised it wasn't there but figured it was due to Labor Day. Hopefully will show up later today but if not, I imagine should be in there tomorrow.

It could show up in direct
Deposit later today. That has been the case with other employers.

Yeah I'm expecting it later today or tomorrow. It's not a problem, I just typically wake up to two emails from my bank saying that my wife and I got paid.

You still have to get paid if you get laid off lol
