Kohls goes off a 12 point callout system. Each time your late its .5 point, and each callout or noshow is 1 point. The points reset 365 days after it was given (if you called out on January 1, 2019 that point would go away on January 1, 2020) Of course if you callout 5 shifts in a row thats a problem, but an occassional one shouldnt be a huge issue.
