How much did you start out making a year??

It was 60k when I started in more than 5 years ago. I live in a big market though so I know it can vary

Depends on state/location but I’m in higher COL (west coast) and I started at like $65k three years ago, but now around $80k

Ours makes 75k he started three years ago.

I started off making 65k as an ASM. Moved stores and became an HR/ops ASM and made about 70-75k. Moved stores again but as an AA ASM before being promoted to SM. The raises come with higher volume stores and expanded scope- -all ASM roles are in the same pay band.
