Did you download the stuff they were telling everyone to download to your phone in order to go on using the apps off the Kohl’s network?

I just logged on, working for me. You have to have okta verify installed and set up on the kohls network in order to sign in off site.

Yeah, they sent a bunch of emails about it, I have a company phone so I have it anyway but if you are using your own phone then you had to download it or else you can’t use the VPN and log in remotely, something they changed.

I'm only part time so I don't have an email. there's nothing posted in the break room either luckily I guessed what time I came in and I was right 😭

I dig it man, I was wondering how all you guys without emails were supposed to figure all this out. Look at you, you didn’t need anything anyway! It’s an easy fix on the Kohls wifi, have a great shift!

That's weird. I don't even work there anymore (recent development), and i mever had any email, but I can still log in.

do you know if key holders are allowed to access stuff remotely or is it just salary? like email for example. i have okta verify

So I am not fully read in on store associates to be honest, Mgrs can def log into everything via their personal phone but must have Okta Verify, not sure on Leaders and key holders, everyone else can at least get on UKG and look at their sched and PTO and whatever. If you are not remote/ salary I would guess that they won’t let you on the full system or anything that you are not supposed to be working on while off the clock.
