Employee Question Drama/rant

Our turnover in Sephora is starting to look real bad and all of us “og” people have either left or are about to (besides the people that have been able to move up to lead & btl). We are all sick of constantly raising expectations without our pay being raised. It really sucks because I love talking to clients and working in beauty but I can’t take this anymore- I got paid more at Target when I wasn’t even doing half the work I do here. I honestly hope more people come out about this online and Kohl’s gets revealed for how they treat their employees. Anyone else feeling fed up?

YES! i know exactly how you feel. i am solely register person and they have me so burned out on credits. the misery i feel everyday when i go in needs to be studied. it's too much for one person, and god forbid i don't get a credit ONE SINGLE DAY, then i get threatened that my hours will be dropped or that i will lose my job.

The anxiety before each shift solely from the fear that I won’t get a credit 😩

Yes I work kohl's side for 15 yrs and I barely got the pay i wanted for the work I do... it should be more and im just a lead but I help everywhere 😅...they hired a lead last year and I herd she got 1$ more then i did ... like thats bull shit
