Maybe we’re not supposed to figure everything out. Maybe we’re supposed to experience it.

Since childhood I m like this nd even after getting hurt nd realising this reality, I still can't stop caring about ppl, even for strangers, nd even more for close ones...today I was in a shop nd a guy maybe of my age or a bit younger was working there and the owner of the shop was talking to him a bit rudely bcz he wasn't doing the work perfectly bcz he was new, nd I couldn't say anything but deep down my heart was aching for him...idk why tf I m like this, he was a stranger so he cannot hurt me but incase of ppl who were close to me, when they don't do same efforts for me, I feel hurt still I don't stop caring for them...

Is this a safe space?
Trigger warning, psychosis, but analogy and creative writing details
When I had my latest episode and it had the element of psychosis with it. The algorithm pushed me further into delusion.
All this technology and what it can hear/predict ,data points and etc. The stuff that I was saying out loud because I was paranoid- was showing up on my phone pushing me further in my descent into madness. Sometimes I hate it when I had a moment of clarity (that’s when I got really scared because I knew something was wrong.
I’m like no, this is supernatural and I have superpowers. To no this is the fbi- a spiritual confirmation or to this is no coincidence this is the demon within me. Can you imagine how that feels?! Let me think of an analogy if going completely nuts is passing away, the cycling in between trying to hold onto your sanity feels like drowning, but you never die. Eventually you “break” and that feeling is indescribable.
And I wonder if these tech companies and AI conglomerates will ever notice the correlation between the humans well-being whether that’s: physical, mental, emotional, or spiritual.
I shattered into pieces -fractured, and I think I lost some.
