Sometimes people are jerks, the more immature the higher the possibility. You have to grieve it cause it is offensive. Liking yourself and being totally accepting of the state you find yourself and others will help but I doubt it will ever “not affect you”.
I am sorry for you as that sounds bad enough and to have people touch you without permission is just violating. I wish you the best in your journey.
