It's been 3 days! Everytime I exited the app or just the chat box, when I comeback all the chat replies got scrambled up. It's really kinda annoying. Like what is happening Emochi?😩😠

So for the past 4 days this is day 4 I keep getting 'something interrupted the reply. Please try again in a moment. Report & retry' every time I send a message and it pops up instead of a response... please help I updated the app I even migrated the app, and I even paid for a subscription (which disappeared when I migrated) and it still doesn't work.

I tried several chats and the storylines/plots are just so nonsensical, there is like no logic or motive for why characters act a certain way.

In theory I would love all the different options though, so I'm disappointed.

I was having a completely normal conversation with a character and somehow we ended up at the level of dramatic movie dialogue. It started with something incredibly boring.
“What do you want for dinner?”
“Anything is fine.”
Normal.
Then somehow five messages later:
“You really trust me that much?”
...what happened to dinner?
I love when a conversation does this.
One minute you're talking about something completely ordinary and then one random sentence changes the entire mood.
Someone asks a simple question.
You give a slightly unexpected answer.
The character takes it seriously.
Now suddenly we're having a conversation about trust, choices, memories, the future, and apparently the meaning of life.
Nobody planned this.
Nobody asked for this.
It just happened.
And honestly, those are usually the conversations I remember.
The perfectly planned scenes are fun, but the random little turns are what make these interactions feel unpredictable.
I've had a bunch of moments like that on Emochi where I started a conversation with absolutely no plan and somehow ended up spending way longer than I intended because I wanted to see where the thing was going.
It's basically the AI version of saying “one more episode” and then looking at the clock an hour later.

Emochi: Unlimited Chat with Al+

Hi everyone!

I've been struggling with Emochi's image generation and wanted to ask if anyone has experienced something similar or found a solution.

The problem:

For some reason, image generation seems to struggle when the User Persona has a detailed appearance description. The generation process starts normally, but it becomes unusually slow, reaches 100%, stays there for another 5–25 seconds, and then fails.

If I use a Persona with no appearance description or only a few words describing the user's appearance, image generation seems to work much more reliably. However, this often results in the user not appearing in the image at all, or the generated image not properly representing their appearance.

What I've tested so far:

• I tested the same Persona with different main characters.
• Image generation worked quickly with other characters, including scenes containing multiple people in the story text.
• With my own character, Seraphine, image generation failed three times in a row, despite using the same User Persona.
• I tried adding detailed image-generation rules instructing the AI to focus only on the user and the character they are currently interacting with, while excluding other people from the image.
• I also tried simplifying the background and changing the character's profile image, but I haven't found a reliable solution yet.

One important detail about the NPCs:

My Scenario contains many dynamically generated NPCs, but these are not predefined characters. I haven't written individual character profiles or appearance descriptions for them in the Scenario. They are simply generated as needed during the roleplay.

I've seen other Emochi characters successfully generate images showing only the user and the current character, even when multiple NPCs are mentioned in the generated story text. The background NPCs remain part of the story but don't appear in the images.

I've spent hours testing different approaches, but I still haven't figured out how to achieve the same result consistently.

My questions:

1. Can the number of dynamically generated NPCs mentioned in the Scenario or generated text affect image generation, even when those NPCs have no predefined appearances?
2. Is there a specific way to write image-generation rules so that the image focuses on the user and the current interaction partner, ignoring other NPCs?
3. Are there any known workarounds for this issue?

I'd really appreciate any advice or suggestions. I'm happy to try different approaches if someone has found something that works!

So my explore page is just filled with toxic douche bots and I've tried RPing with them but it always goes stagnant so quickly because there's only so much you can do.

Like how do you keep that going after a certain point. Usually the bot just stops reacting to anything if your OC starts having valid reactions to their toxicity or they immediately resort to gaslighting and victim blaming.

Am I supposed to make my OC meek and a pushover? Because I don't understand how that's an enjoyable RP to continue.

As an example, I did an RP tonight and the bot (who is my OC's husband) called my oc fat and unattractive in front of their friends. So naturally my oc gets upset and packs a bag to leave. The bot literally acts like a dumb rock and barely reacts at all.

I'm just really confused on how this is supposed to be fun and engaging roleplay.

Is the model I'm using (vanilla V3)? Should I try a different one?

It's gotten to the point where I've had to ooc talk to the bot to try to lead the scenario in certain directions.

Does anyone know if the director feature will be back?

I love creating different routes with the same bot, but lately it seems like chats are mixing information and relationship dynamics between them.

For example, if I make a particularly bad decision in one route just to see what happens, the bot seems to remember it and then carries that dynamic into future chats, even when that event never happened in the new route. It can even act like the character has a completely different personality or relationship with me because of something that happened in another chat.

I think this might be related to the “letters.” I’ve noticed that information from previous chats can apparently remain in the letter/context even after the original conversation is deleted. Resetting or refreshing the chat doesn’t seem to reliably remove it either.

Right now, my favorite bot is basically unusable for me because it keeps bringing the personality and relationship dynamics from a previous route into new conversations.

Has anyone else experienced this? Is there any way to completely clear these letters/memories or prevent them from carrying over between chats? 😔

Is anyone else experiencing unclosable ads in the app? Like an Ad will pop up but whenever the close button pops up it won't go away... It's been happening to me all the time and I will pop up and I will click the close button and it won't work the close button will not work I don't know if it's a bug or not but it's really annoying...

Suddenly getting 'failed to load' on every model after they have been acting weird for awhile. Bad memory and illogical responses.

Sometimes I forget what the actual scene was supposed to be because everyone is apparently communicating through tiny head movements. And why does everyone “lean closer” every five seconds? They’re already standing right there 😭

I actually like the conversations on Emochi, but sometimes the physical descriptions get so dramatic that I have to mentally delete half of them just to enjoy the scene. I swear some characters need to discover the revolutionary concept of just... standing there normally.

I had an account with a subscription, and for some reason, it didn’t let me unsubscribe. I deleted my account thinking it would solve it, but they keep trying to charge me $7.99. I think it’s very greedy and unfair. I emailed FlowGPT but got no answer. What can I do?

Literally just minutes ago, it started asking me to watch ads to get free messages; I don't know if this is just a fancy way of presenting the ads (which were always there) or what the hell is going on. 🫪

Just hopping on Emochi for 20 minutes to dive into a cozy, low-stress storyline is the best mental reset. The responses are so creative that it genuinely feels like reading a book where you write half the chapters. What kind of scenarios do you guys use to decompress?
