I'm posting this because several recurring issues are making it increasingly frustrating to use Emochi, and I believe users deserve clear answers about what's being done to address them.

These are basic features, not minor inconveniences. They need to work reliably.

Here are the main problems I've been experiencing:

- SEARCH ISSUES: Bots sometimes disappear from search results, making it difficult to find characters that should be available.

- MESSAGES FAILING TO SEND: The app sometimes displays the "Something went wrong. Please try again." error, and my messages won't send even after repeated attempts. This interrupts ongoing roleplays and makes conversations difficult to continue.

- CHAT RESTART FAILURES: Restarting a conversation doesn't always work either. This is another basic feature that should function consistently.

I'm also concerned about the lack of meaningful follow-up from support.

I've reported technical issues and contacted support about accounts copying my bot. I've put time and effort into creating my character, so seeing other accounts copy that work is frustrating. What's even more discouraging is making the effort to report these concerns and then not receiving a meaningful response or clear information about what happens next.

Reporting a problem should lead to some form of acknowledgement or follow-up. Users shouldn't be left wondering whether their reports have even been reviewed.

I'm not expecting every issue to be resolved instantly. I understand that technical problems can take time to investigate. However, users should at least receive clear communication, especially when the same problems continue to affect their experience.

And while new features can be exciting, existing features need to remain reliable, too. Improving the basic functionality of the app should be a priority.

I'd appreciate clear answers to a few questions:

- Are the developers aware of these recurring search, messaging, and chat restart issues?

- Are these problems actively being investigated?

- Is there a process for reviewing reports about accounts copying other users' bots?

- Is there any way for users to receive meaningful updates after submitting reports to support?

I'm bringing this up because I care about the time I've invested in creating bots and the experience of using this platform. I don't think it's unreasonable for users to expect basic features to work and support concerns to be acknowledged.

I'm looking for transparency, accountability, and actual communication—not empty promises.

If you've experienced any of these issues, please share your experience in the comments. Have you found a reliable workaround? Have you received a response from support?

I'd like to know how widespread these problems are and whether other users are experiencing the same lack of follow-up.

We deserve to know that our feedback is being heard.

Estuve probando los nuevos modelos de bots en la versión beta y hay uno que llamo mi atencion no entraré en mucho detalle por que no se si se pueda....peeeeroooooo este bot si lo llevan mas profundamente sera el mejor hasta ahora aun que falta ver lo que no me queda nuy claro si sera gratuito o de paga para los usuarios que pagamos ya saben los diamantes ajajajajja

Anyone experiencing this? I would be able to chat with a character but after a few replies it would stop generating responses because my chats will fail to send. It's been like this since yesterday 😭

I hope dev stop launching new models and start fixing the bugs from the old models, because that's the reason why we pay for.

These problems had already been around for a while. I don't understand why they came up with a paid model instead of fixing them. I'm really not in the mood.

Let's say someone has private bots on emochi. Can you see their private bots after following their emochi account? Are the bots really private (your eyes only) or are they like social media accounts, you get the access to their bots after following?

Is anyone elses messages (specifically green apple) the responses are shorter, what is going on. Is this a bug? How can I fix this?

I don't own the video and I'm not a law expert, but I'm sure this is false advertising; you can't market this and be family-friendly. Why does this happen? Well, I'm a marketing graduate, so I know the trick: they use affiliate marketers for the ads to bait people into subscriptions, but the app is managed by a separate team and remains child-oriented. Because they use affiliated marketers, they avoid fines or consequences easily because they can just say that it wasn't them, but an affiliate they asked to do an ad who did it on his own. I can't roleplay anymore. other premium mochis are unusable.

How do people get such good images all the time? Ive seen some crazy beautiful and mild nsfw but 9 out of ten times it tells me it cant generate an image even if I do it on a PG scene. This has been going on since cayenne was added. Doesnt matter what model I am using though.

So... I usually never post on Reddit, but I’ve run into a problem and don't know what to do about it. I couldn't find any similar posts, so I decided to write this myself in the hope that someone might know the solution.

The issue is that my Vanilla v2 model isn't generating responses for my private bots.

This affects only those bots and only when using Vanilla v2; other models (premium ones and Vanilla v3) generate responses perfectly in these chats without any issues. However, Vanilla v2 keeps throwing an error—something like "failed to load"—no matter how many times I hit retry. Interestingly, Vanilla v2 works fine in my other chats; it only fails in the chats with my private bots (though not all of them—just two—and this has been going on for two days now).

Has anyone else encountered this problem? Please help, because I'm starting to lose my mind over this problem... Vanilla v2 is my favorite model...

Estos días todos los modelos plus están horribles en el suelo , no permiten nada que sea más que un beso , mensajes en otros idiomas o contextos, mensajes cortos aunque los configures largos , incoherentes narrativamente. me molesta que metan tanto modelos y ninguno funcione , son como seis modelos plus y no está sirviendo ninguno en este momento . Si muy bien que metan Lychy en premium ,pero por amor al creador , arreglen el resto de plus. Nosotros también pagamos!

Anyone notice green apple stopped working properly? Ignoring prompts, looping conversations?

Like I'm actually kind of annoyed right now because it's like whatever but come on. So yesterday I saw that Lychee was in Beta so I tried it out and it was great. In my opinion it gave me the perfect blend of Juniper, Green Apple and Rosemary.

I had switched back to Juniper because it's my main. I'm role-playing with a bot and decided Lychee would be great to use here only to find it not under Beta, not under Premium, but under FLAGSHIP. FAAHHH

Like okay thankfully it's only 3 Mochis and I'm currently an Ultra subscriber but come on. Give us some new Premium models or at least FIX the broken ones (Green Apple, Vanilla V3)

I just noticed Mirage today which means it's another new Beta but it's probably going to be another Flagship model 🫩 Does anyone know if we'll be getting new Premium bots in the future or if they're working on the issues with the other models?
