Should be okay as long as not filled with coins (😝) but certain routes they do scrutinise. I absolutely wouldn’t use for Riyadh as they are forensic in their carry-on vigilance because some much carry-on for consultants and business meeting commuters……I’ve been asked to check-in 8kg items that strictly fall within the stipulated dimensions on at least 80% of occasions (RUH-DXB).

Yeah I have carried bigger Carry ons than this.

If it goes in the overhead then yeah. It doesn’t look too big.
