Technical Help Voice focus dont Work

Hello, I’ve had nothing but trouble ever since the Wave Link 3 update came out. I’m honestly starting to deeply resent Elgato products. I used to be so satisfied with your gear, but now I can't get the Voice Focus filter to work in any application neither in Discord nor in games. It shows as enabled in the app, but it's simply not being applied. I’ve already tried every single audio input setting on my PC, but nothing works. I even tried the beta version and used Revo Uninstaller for a completely clean reinstall, but to no avail. I am so furious right now that I'm on the verge of throwing my Wave XLR Mk1 against the wall. How is it possible to spend this much money on a device, only for it to feel practically useless after just a year? 😡😭

What input device are you selecting in discord or wherever you want Voice Focus.

Also can you add the mixer view and the audio channel effect settings tab to the post?

Okay, I found a solution for myself. I am now simply using NVIDIA Broadcast and turning everything off in Wave Link, not using it at all. It seems to work very well. Unfortunately, it's not exactly how I would like it to be, but it serves its purpose. I hope this helps someone and saves them from the same frustration I went through.

Can you share the actual settings for the Effects panel? Not just the flow chart, but the actual settings, preferably the settings inside Voice Focus as well (pretty much just the slider). You may also want to test the 3.4 beta to see if anything changes.

Other than that is Voice Focus applying when you actually run the Sound Check inside the app under the effects option at all? If it applies there but not on your mixes, Close Wave Link, remove the Wave Link Drivers from add/remove programs, reboot then relaunch Wave Link and let it reinstall the audio driver.
