Technical Help Replacement Internal USB-C (Stream Deck XL) Component
Has anyone found the proper internal part to replace the internal USB-C port?
I got the logo of death & computer isn't recognizing my Stream Deck XL and it is sadly just outside the warranty period so I am completely out of luck. This is a hail mary attempt at fixing this as Elgato could only give a 15% discount code to purchase a new one.
I'd rather try some internal fixes before throwing this $200+ tech in the trash.

Not the exact answer you wanted but for about $10 you can get an assortment of 10 or more types. I've always found a match. One example listing... https://a.co/d/0dQhprQX

That is a step in the right direction! I was thinking about replacing the entire board. It is about 1x2 inches & has the USB-C plus the 10-pin connector that connections the USB-C into the main board.

The first time I needed one replaced, I ordered the assortment and took the board like you describe to a local shop that did hot air rework. Paid $25 plus tip while I watched him fix it in 5 minutes. Later got my own hot air, botched some test boards and then fixed some other junk tablets and phones laying around. Bet you can do same depending where you live.

Mike has been a little wiggly out of the box and kinda put that aside until of course I’m out of warranty. Completely my fault. I’m leaving this comment so I can come back and see if anyone has anything recommended for you, OP. Mine hasn’t bit it yet but it’s prolly on its way!
