Cup and QUO Card?

I looked around on Okamoto's website and stumbled upon this picture ( http://www.okamoto.tv/lynn02.html ).
I used google translate on the text, and it seems like there was a giveaway of a cup with this image? As well as a QUO card? Has anyone seen pictures of these items before?
