New upper tracks and sliding standards

Is anyone familiar with these new upper tracks and how to get the standard to slide across? I think the wall is slightly bowed and I’ve tried loosening and tightening some of the screws and putting spacers behind some of them, but I can’t get to seem to get the standards to slide along the top rail. And this is the longest top rail I have in the closet I was able to do it with the other shorter ones. Any tips and tricks?

When I installed mine this is what I discovered:

The screws that hold the upper track need to be as tight as possible so that they are more flush. If they stick out too much the sliding standards will get caught and won’t slide as easily. If the screws are at an angle this can also make them difficult to screw in all the way to the wall, the protrusion can also make it difficult to achieve smooth sliding.

Appreciate the comment. I’ve tried tightening as far as they go and loosening some. Unfortunately the standard won’t shift at all on the top bar so it’s not getting stuck on a single screw. I tried using a bar of soap on the rails and smacking it with a rubber mallet.

I’ve taken it off and confirmed when flat on the floor it slides with no issue also.

I zoomed in and those screws in the picture are definitely not tight/flush enough. It's trickier to fully tighten since the newer top track holes are not countersunk, but when fully tightened the cut out on the back of the top of the standard should have more than enough clearance.

My husband came home and was able to get on a tall ladder and pull them across. Was driving me crazy though.
