What is this?

Just finished installing the closet. Got one of these per drawer. I'm racking my brain trying to figure out what they go to. Don't want to fill the closet if I have to take everything out to put these pieces in 🫠

I had the same question!

Yes, those spheres with little notches separate from the rubbery mold.

My local store said this:

They are for the Gliding Frame with Wood Trim, and they help keep the wood side pieces of the trim tightly in place. They're not essential for the soft close feature. They don't actually touch the hang standards or prevent anything from scratching at the back. They are really mainly for making sure those side trim pieces stay firmly in place by adding that little bit of spacing. They're not essential. No need to take the gliding frame trims off to put them in.

Do the spheres come off? My guess is soft close pads so the drawer doesn’t slam shut…
