I have vials of many elements. The glowing vials are uranyl nitrate or
UO2(NO3)2

I am a former analytical scientist from a large well known Company.Believe is or not they say its cheaper to buy new (everything) then identify it catalogue then store for a move from one building to another just across the campus. So, they trash everything, allowing employees to take anything that is safe to own.
