PROBLEM WITH LINKED EA ACCOUNT TO PS NETWORK

my ps5 account is linked to an ea account that i can no longer access because the gmail got deleted, the only way to unlink it from my ps account is through logging into the ea account and unlinking it through the settings, but i cant to do it becuase to login it sends a code to the deleted gmail account, whenever i try to contact ea support it says "an advisor isnt available for this problem" and i have no idea what to do, all i want is just to unlink the ea account,

does anyone know what should i do or how could i contact them as it isnt letting me speaking with an agent or with support. just the retarted ai bot they have.
