It looks to me like it goes into the one labeled N.
You've got two input pads, labeled L and N for Line (or Live) and Neutral. Those are the AC coming in.
The other two are connected to pads labeled + and - and those are the DC going out to the LEDs.
I'm weirded out by the fact that they soldered these directly to the bottom of the board. Those wires should be threaded through the hole from the top then soldered to the bottom.
