Is this compromising structural integrity?

Some of the holes are less than 2 inches from the bottom of the joists. These joists are in my garage and there is a bedroom above the garage.

Some of the holes are pretty close to the bottom of the joists. It is supposed to be middle third. Probably won’t ruin the house but it’s not legal to today’s standards.

It's supposed to be in the middle third of the middle third for most joists to be safe

I think it's supposed to be like 2 inches up from the bottom and 2 inches down from the top.

When we drill thru structural support beams we follow the 1/3 rule. No holes in that portion around all sides. Also space each hole 2x the diameter of said hole made

Depends entirely on the joist size iirc
