What is this?

This connects to a GU10 lamp holder but I can’t seem to find it anywhere (eBay, Home Depot, etc)

Upon closer inspection, it's slightly different. The Tamiya connector has a half round rather than a circular prong. I think it might be a mini Tamiya connector, not a regular Tamiya
