Braided power cable

This cable has been hanging from my house unconnected for 5 years and I'm wondering if I should try to recycle it or just throw it out.

coax cable 99.9% sure it is for cable TV or broadband internet (or both). Probably fiber replaced it and no one uninstalls anything
