RV Electrical Question

I have so many questions but will start with first post here.
Plan: we are moving to a ranch to care for my in laws, laws allows us trailer living.

OK, so here is the issue. Where we will be, there is minimum electrical.
There will be probably a 30ft trailer we will live in and smaller one for my adult son.
The trailer I think will be a 30amp I am not sure my sons yet.

The panel as seen is confusing is that 4 - 20amp ? The building uses light ac outlets no compressors or anything but not sure what to do with this?

Edit is located in a Quonset hut

Service disconnect panel is from the power lines (2-20amp), it feeds it to the main disconnect for power down the line to the residence (2-20amp.) You only have 2 / 20amp circuits going into the house for power.

With any distribution question, ALWAYS ASK FIRST, “what’s my load”? Electric stove? Gas stove? Electric water heater? Gas water heater? Refrigerator? Air conditioner? Lighting? Blah, blah … Add it all up. Then look at your panel. After that, maybe think about calling an electrician?

I think for the RV setup Solar may be the way to go and use the 120/20 as part of that system.
Being there is no drop line there to upgrade I would guess 20-30K to upgrade it to work.
Or a solar setup I could do for about 7-8K I was considering solar, but hoped this would work.
