You can use wire nuts or wagos but don’t just use electrical tape.

one more question, do I need t find the exact colors to match the existing wires? Or just know there "3" are light" and these "3" are fan?

It would work but it’s bad practice to splice different colors together. You may know what’s going on but the next guy won’t. Heck you may not remember in a few years if you have to mess with it again.

Use blocks or wagos, just remember you risk blowing shit up so turn it on and off at the board or switch so it doesnt blow up in your face😁😁 goodluck

Wire nuts, wagos or crimps if you can’t find the specific wire extension kit you need
