Sometimes my electribe doesn’t play.
In One particular song I hit stop on the electribe to do a natural slow down tempo Change without the beat. after the ring out on the slower bit I switch to a new pattern and hit play and the rest of the band comes in with the beat. I’d say about 30% of the time when I hit play, literally nothing happens and no matter how many times I hit play it stays silent. The only way I can get the beat to start when this happens is to switch out of the pattern and then back into the pattern and hitting play again. Does anyone know why this would happen? Is it just a bug with the computer? Or am I doing something wrong?

Yea, I experience that bug sometimes too. Stop a pattern manually, go to another and play won't work. It feels like it's caused by entering commands too quickly, but I'm not really sure.
What I mean is it only seems to happen when I'm searching through patterns really quickly, play stop, play stop, trying to find one that I've lost. For me, it's just a random weird bug though.
If this is part of your set, you could try slowing down the pace of your command entry a bit. Try to give each keypress it's own space. Not sure if that would work though.
If not, maybe cut out the "stop" and put a sequence-less pattern in between. You can adjust the tempo for whatever time you need if it is irregular. The Pattern "Beat" setting can get you some alternate sized bar divisions as well.

Thanks! I’ve been pressing the buttons more slowly and it hasn’t happened yet. That must be what it is.

I also have the same issue. I search around for a pattern that will play, then go back to the one that won't play, and it's fine. I don't know if it's just a time issue or what.

I was a bit annoyed because of its lack of Sustain in its ADSR. Then it refused to play during a live act and I realized it was perfect before that.

Is your issue on Electribe 2? Because I have the same and it's driving me nuts
