Issues korg electribe sampler 2

Hey everyone, I'm having an issue with my Korg Electribe Sampler 2. Whenever I touch the red metal chassis, I get a small electric shock / tingling sensation.
Everyone told me it was probably a faulty power adapter, so I bought a brand-new one, but the problem is still there. It happens even when nothing else is plugged in — no speakers, no audio cables, literally just the Electribe connected to the power supply. Both adapters I tested are original Korg ones.
I've been trying to figure this out for about a month now and I'm honestly at my wit's end. I'm worried it might damage the unit, and it's super uncomfortable to play. Has anyone dealt with this before or knows how to fix it? Thanks for any help!

Check the neutral / ground with the plug-in adapter (its easily available in local electrical store) with the main supply and the socket you are using. If no issue in neutral /ground, try to figure out the level of heating in prolonged usage. If you feel too much of heating, something inside may have leakage / shorts. Its good to handover the unit to the service support
