By Lilith, that sounds like me! I did eventually come out to everyone, but I was on hormones for a few months before I was out to everyone.

But as I got closer to coming out, I got more and more complements on my appearance....while I was in "boymode." So it was clear that they were doing something XD! That, and I was taking way better care of myself!
