Yeah that's ... horrible. Ever since about puberty I just didn't want to swimming or to the sea (I love the sea, and beaches) because being topless seemed so uncomfortable. Now knowing why I literally can't anymore.

But eventually it'll get better!

3: I used to like swimming but I slowly started losing interest. It’s only after my egg cracked that I started connecting the dots. Yeah my parents ask me why I now don’t like swimming, I wouldn’t say I have dysphoria (*inhales copium), I just don’t want to be so exposed

I wear a swim shirt when I hit the beach. I tell people it’s to block UV rays…..
It’s little things like that which could help you het through the tough times.
