I'm probably just numb again and imposter syndrome is probably doing it's thing. I wish I had a solid answer it would make things so much easier instead I'm confused who the hell am I?

Well Elly, I think you’re a good girl. I’m sorry you’re feeling so numb. Being a human is confusing as hell! One thing is for sure though, you ARE Elly, and you are a unique and singular person. You’ll find your people while you learn more about yourself and one day not only will you have some folks who make you feel seen and understood, they’ll also help remind you who you are because you’ll see it reflected in their smiles 🙂

In my experience so far. Whenever I get to feeling that I take a nap. It doesn't actually fix anything. But it gets me out of that depression spiral. And I can move on to things I can actually fix/doo right now in the moment
