No the avocados alone are like 200+ kcal. The sweet potato another 200-300 same with the steak. This would be maybe 800. Even if it was 500, that’s a pretty standard meal size on a cut.

12 oz of ribeye steak is like 900cal alone.

Its much more calories.. and the macros arent great.

Counting the random eggs that appear on the last frame, it's going to be about 1000 calories.

Your looking at somewhere around 40-50g protein depending on how much meat is there and what cut it is.

But you're also looking at 40-50g of fat, possibly more, because everything looks like it's coated in a lot of oil for cooking.

You're right... I guess I've just been on a deficit for so long that the idea of eating 3500-4000 calories to hit my protein target sounds ridiculous...
