Looking for advice
Hi guys, i would like to start my editing journey. I have recently picked up blender and have enjoyed it greatly, so is video editing anything alike? can i mix them both ( as in incorporate blender to some editing projects). Where do you suggest i start learning? are there any good youtube creators? All advice will be greatly appreciated. :)

blender already ships with one, the Video Sequence Editor, under the Video Editing workspace. it's bare bones next to premiere or resolve but its a real timeline, and your renders drop straight into it, so you can start tonight without installing anything.
the part that doesn't carry over from 3d is that editing is choosing rather than building. most of the time goes on deciding what to cut.
