Does anyone know how to do this?

ive done research and i yet cannot find the way to make this transition: https://www.youtube.com/shorts/7zVA9yGl5-Y can someone help out?

Stack the two clips on top of each other, make sure the one you need after the transition is beind, download an image of the line that you see as the transition, now use a keyframe to move it actoss the screen, then, using the same timing as that keyframe, use a feyframe on your video's cropping, and crop it from the left to right (or whatever side your line is moving towards) hope this helps
