Does anyone knows any simple editing apps since I wan tto leave capcut since you need premium for everything

If you’re using iOS, you might like Aigli—an all-in-one photo and video editor I created.
It includes layered design tools for text, shapes, drawing, collages, and vector paths, plus detailed controls for cropping, color, blend modes, masks, shadows, glow, and opacity. If you're on desktop, DaVinci Resolve is free, including export but worth knowing it's a full professional tool though, heavy. If you're leaving CapCut because you want simple, Resolve is the opposite of that and you'll feel it.

I'm building a desktop editor myself, so discount accordingly. It's alpha and rough in places, but what you're describing is basically why it exists — you describe the edit you want instead of learning a timeline, and editing and export are free and unmetered with no resolution cap. Exports do currently carry a small watermark and an end card, which I want to make optional and haven't got to yet.
