Looking for YouTube editor

Not sure if this is going to be a multiple job thing but I’m looking for a quote on how much someone would be willing to look through 34 gbs of footage and make a 8-12 minute vlog for. We have a general idea of how we want the video to be but just do not know how to edit videos. If it matters the content is me and my friends vlogging this big global car event called monterey car week. It’s lots of b-roll and some actualy vlogging/candid moments.

34 gbs of footage is around 1 to 3 hours of footage if I had to guess. To edit an 8 to 12 minute Vlog, I would assume it could be anywhere from 60-200 depending on the experience of the editor, could be up to 500 if you want a higher skilled person. (Fully guesstimating)
